Salesman/Designer
Full-Time
We are a small corporation located north of Austin. We design and build classic, all-wood barns, barndominiums, and shell homes in rural Texas. Each of our sales team has the potential to make an excellent income and have a flexible schedule.
The perfect candidate has great communication with our customers, the other team members, and the owner of the company.
The ideal applicant must be
Willing to represent the company in a respectful and professional manner, attend weekly sales meetings at the office, follow-up with all furnished leads given within 24 hours, meet with likely customers on their property as needed, provide weekly updates to the office concerning the progress of their leads and the progress of their projects. Must be a local resident of Central Texas or the Hill Country, be computer literate, able to sketch a plan, walk the customer through signing a contract, have the ability to talk to customers (in person, over the phone, by email, or text), have the ability to stay on task, be accountable and reliable, have an excellent understanding of foundations, framing, and construction plans, and provide references, a background check and drug testing if requested.
