Job Summary:
As a Senior Roofing Sales Representative, you will prospect new customers through various channels, including door knocking, cold calling, and networking. You'll conduct roof inspections, offer guidance, and provide customized solutions to homeowners. This is a commission-based role with an aggressive pay structure, offering the potential for substantial earnings based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through door knocking, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed recommendations to homeowners.
Build strong relationships with real estate agents, insurance agents, and other referral sources.
Attend networking events and industry functions to generate referrals.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends and roofing products.
Follow up on leads, close sales, and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Sales or customer service experience (roofing industry experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Compensation: Aggressive commission pay with the potential to earn between $80,000 and $200,000 annually.
