Looking for salesman, or referrals for our Tree service company based out of Austin.
We are family owned and operated, looking for a straight commission salesman at 15%, cash to start. We are also looking to partner with companies whose clients need Tree Work and offer a referral bonus.
You would need to source and qualify your own leads. How you obtain leads is up to you, be it D2D, cold calling, personal relationships, etc. We would be willing to pay a referral fee for companies that recommend us to their existing clients as well.
If you are knowledgeable enough to bid the job you will get 15%. Otherwise commission will be determined based on closing percentage. We are looking for, and capable of completing $3000 days.
The more you leads you obtain, the more you earn. We are capable of doing $100K months and million dollar years. As we grow, this number will only grow with it.
