We are seeking skilled and passionate Nail Technicians to join our team. As a Nail Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. You will work in a vibrant salon environment, utilizing your expertise in cosmetology and nail care techniques to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities
- This role is a fully commissioned W2 role that pays out at 50% commission per service. Training is provided.
- Perform manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
- Provide specialized nail treatments such as acrylics, gels, and nail art.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with recurring clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Manage retail sales of nail care products and provide recommendations based on client preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design and techniques to offer innovative services.
