Esthetician / Licensed Massage Therapist:
Zia Wellness Spa is currently looking for skilled and passionate Estheticians & Massage Therapists who believe in the healing powers of holistic care. If you are compassionate, confident with positive energy, eager to continue learning your craft, and If you love helping clients feel renewed, balanced, and restored in a peaceful, professional environment - we would love to meet you!
Position Summary:
Service providers will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic, relaxing, and customized facials and bodywork services that meet the unique needs of each client. You should have a passion for wellness and a strong commitment to client care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage therapy tailored to clients' individual needs and preferences
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after services
- Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness routines, and available services/products
- Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols in line with state board and spa policies
- Collaborate with front desk staff and fellow therapists to ensure a seamless client experience
- Keep treatment room clean, stocked, and prepared for each session
- Be professional and have a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification to practice massage therapy
- Experience in a spa or wellness center
- Proficient in a variety of techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep tissue, Hot stone, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to participate in continuing education or spa training sessions
Preferred, but not required:
Knowledge of aromatherapy, body treatments, or alternative modalities (e.g., cupping, reflexology, prenatal, lymphatic Massage)
Pay & Perks:
- Pay is Commission based Starting at 30% - 32% /equaling to $40.50 - $70.40 (not counting enhancements add ons)
