As a Customer Service Representative / Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base while providing them with tailored insurance solutions for Home, Auto and Commercial policies. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus UnCapped Commissions and Bonuses, giving you the potential to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, e mail, and chat in both English and Spanish.
Assisting clients with their Auto, home and Commercial Insurance needs, including policy information, claims and billing
Providing quotes and helping clients choose the righ insurance products for their needs
Managing customer accounts and ensuring their needs are met promptly and building strong relationships
Upselling and cross selling insurance products to increase sales opportunities
Processing new applications, policy changes, renewals and payments for all policies
Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and company standards
Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)
Customer Service Experience in sales (Insurance experience a PLUS)
HS diploma (Insurance license a plus, but we can help you)
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment, We will set you up to be a Notary for notary service transactions.
COMPENSATION: Hourly pay based on experience and Uncapped Commissions for sales and performance incentives
Bonuses for meeting and exceeding daily goals
