Duties for this job would include.
Researching & watching competitor’s content
Working closely with a producer to flush out video ideas
Coming up with creative video ideas
Outlining a plan for shooting the videos
Spending time on wardrobe and makeup
Shooting the videos on set once or twice a week
Editing some of you own videos (no skills required, we will teach you.)
This is a talent-based job for a creative person. A background in theater, drama or acting would be a huge plus. An interest in fashion, makeup, hairstyling, psychology could be helpful. An interest in nerdy things like sci-fi fantasy, video games, popular culture, cosplay, etc. could also be helpful.
