Job Title: Content Manager & Digital Producer
Location: Austin, TX (Remote Considered)
About Us:
We're seeking a highly creative and organized Content Manager & Digital Producer to help manage and grow our digital presence. Our projects span across multiple platforms, including video content, podcasts, social media, and OnlyFans. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing and promoting content on OnlyFans, as it will be a key revenue stream. We're looking for someone passionate about creative storytelling, skilled in video production and editing, with a strong understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for future content (video, blog posts, social media, etc.)
- Editing video content for OnlyFans, YouTube, social media, and other platforms
- Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely production and publishing of posts
- Respond to audience comments and engage with followers across platforms
- Track content performance and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate on new content formats and ideas
- Maintain and grow our presence on social media platforms (OnlyFans, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Assist in managing live streams and special digital events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media management
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and audience growth techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
- Knowledge of the art, creative, and/or maker spaces is preferred
Contract position to start with the goal of finding a great fit and committing to a long term plan together. Starts at $20/hr but negotiable based on level of past experience.
