We are looking for an experienced AUTO BODY REPAIR TECHNICIAN / BODYMAN to join our shop in Austin. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and attention to detail who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a "B" tech that can make $800 - $1,500 in commissions per week, with the opportunity to earn more.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as an auto body repair technician
- I-Car certification a plus
- Ability to work as a team player as part of the auto body shop team
- Positive attitude and ability to listen and follow directions
- Willingness to show up on time each day for work
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
- Able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Results driven
- Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment
