Communicating with clients to confirm appointments and provide status updates.

Tracking service progress and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
Maintaining accurate records of service calls and technician performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or scheduling (HVAC service industry experience required).
