Woodworking experience preferred. We're willing to train the right person, but we ask that you be very familiar with hand tools and have a willingness to learn the process.

Must be comfortable working in a small group, be a self-starter, and pick up the process quickly.
The shop is an open-air environment, so you must be comfortable working outdoors.
Lifting 50 lbs is pretty common.
You also will be helping with the installation of the final build.
General knowledge of tools is required.
Must be reliable.
You will be working with a table saw, miter saw, and a variety of other large tools. If you're uncomfortable with the idea of using these, this may not be the position for you.
