Looking for a chance to work at one of the best EV company sites in the world? This is a cabling project at the Tesla Gigafactory in Austin, TX including copper and fiber dressing, testing, and plug in. Technicians will be building out a data center for Tesla, including racking, stacking, and cabling 968 racks and pull in 700 trunks in 4 months.
Required skills: Looking for Cable Technicians with experience in copper and fiber cables. Technicians will need to be journeyman level - this is going to be a fast paced job, not a ton of time for any training. Fluency in English required.
There are 4 set schedules. 4x 10-hour days. Full time 4-month contract role with no more than 40 hours per week.
Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm
Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am
Thursday-Sunday 6:30am-5pm
Wednesday-Saturday 4pm-2:30am
Technicians will need hard hat, vest, boots, hand tools (snips, screw drivers, etc.). These will not be provided.
