What You'll Be Doing:
Taming commercial HVAC units in buildings like the seasoned professional you are.
Maintaining plumbing (don’t worry, you’ll be everyone’s secret hero).
Performing light carpentry to make those quick fixes look effortless.
Light electrical because you're the spark that keeps things running (literally).
Rocking the computer game—assigning tickets, entering data, and keeping things organized like a digital ninja.
Ordering materials and distributing them—because even wizards need their tools.
Driving our trusty company truck (clean driving record required—no road warriors, please).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with rooftop HVAC units in commercial buildings—if you’ve tackled one of these beasts, you know what we’re talking about.
Experience with wall urinals (it’s a unique skill, and we respect that).
Light carpentry skills—because sometimes, stuff just needs fixing.
Light electrical preferred—because zaps are only funny in cartoons.
Computer literate—you’ll need to assign tickets and work with software without breaking a sweat (or the system).
