Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for commercial jobs.
Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors to coordinate service requests.
Ensure efficient routing and job prioritization.
Maintain accurate records of job status, technician availability, and service requests.
Assist with invoicing, customer follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in dispatching (preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or a similar trade).
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
