Seeking Qualified Carpenters, Deck Builders and Fence Builders. No Crews at this time.
We have more fence and deck repairs than we can currently field. Do a great job and make great money!
Requirements:
- 2 Years Framing, Decking, Fencing or other relevant experience. This typically is not a job for finish carpenters.
- All Tools required for deck and fence builds or the ability to rent things like jackhammers, etc.
- Truck and Trailer (Or ability to rent a trailer)
- Fluent in English (We don't speak Spanish)
- General Liability Insurance
Preferences:
- Have your LLC or Corp Set Up (This is a 1099 position)
Responsibilities:
- Daily Reporting of Start Time, Completion Time, Site Conditions, and Work that must be completed
- Quality Assurance (The job being done right is your responsibility)
- Attending Pre-Construction Meetings with Operations Managers and Customers
- Meeting Customer Expectations
- Job Communications (everything goes up to the Ops Manager, nothing goes to the customer)
Compensation:
50% of ALL service calls. We have 2-3 of these a day.
