Position: Full-Time Dispatcher/Warehouse Manager
Location: Austin, Texas
Role & Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and schedule HVAC appointments.
Dispatch technicians efficiently while confirming appointments with customers.
Order parts/equipment and file equipment & labor warranties.
Receive and record completed invoices from field technicians.
Maintain an accurate database and manage minor filing and other duties as needed.
Keep & order inventory for warehouse.

Fast-paced Customer Service Representative experience.
Strong phone and computer skills.
Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
Detail-oriented with a knack for assessing customer needs.
Familiarity with Austin’s geographical area is a plus.
HVAC Service Tech background is a bonus!
