Job Title: Electrical Foreman for Multifamily Projects
Location: Austin, Texas
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 plus+ (Includes bonus potential)

Job Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
Responsibilities:
Manage multifamily projects (apartment complexes) from start to finish.
Order materials and manage up to 15 crew members daily.
Communicate with the superintendent and attend weekly meetings.
Follow the project schedule.
Requirements:
Texas Journeyman Electrician License (or ability to test within 3 months).
Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily supervision.
Experience running crews at a foreman level or above.
Good references from previous employers.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is ideal and very helpful for this role.
Other Positions Available:
2 Journeyman Level Electricians with multifamily expereince also needed
Out Offices: Houston and Austin - these positions are for AUSTIN.
Runway of work - we currently have 4 yrs of work booked ( current) , 2 multifamily projects at a time, spanning the next 4 yrs. We hope that indicates to someone we are stable, reliable, not going anywhere and we are NOT hiring to make grand promises and then lay you off at the end of one job
