Position Summary: Provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Service will be provided according to company standards while providing the customers with a high quality experience in the Lakeway, Steiner Ranch, Spicewood, Bee Cave and some Dripping Springs areas.
Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Must have a positive attitude.
Must be able and willing to climb ladders and work in attics.
Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
Technicians must live in a reasonable distance, and must be able to work on call rotation.
Experience making repair and replace decisions.
Ability to communicate well and cautious while working in high end homes.
EPA certification and TDLR registration.
Minimum of 3 years residential experience.
