1. Plumber Subcontractor
2. Electrician Subcontractor
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the respective trade
- Valid licenses and certifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and national codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
