Responsibilities:
-Experience in doing take offs using estimating software to prepare competitive bid proposals required.
-Perform on-site inspections of existing conditions to submit an accurate bid.
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships to pursue bid invitations and competitive advantage.
Experience:
3-4 years of commercial painting estimating experience required
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
