Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Finishing team or person to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in luxury commercial interior finishes. If you have your own small but skilled team, that is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality finishing work on luxury commercial projects.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Painter, particularly in high-end and luxury commercial jobs.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, with potential for up to 12 hours.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
