Automotive light duty truck fleet mechanic needed for large fleet of 150 vehicles, mostly trucks. Must have basic tools and minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience. Must have basic electrical knowledge and skills to repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension. Diagnostic skills are a plus but not required. Welding is also a plus but not required. Small equipment maintenance is also performed along with most repairs as well, Mini excavators, skid steers and backhoe's. This is not a parts changer position. Must be able to adapt to difficult situations and have very good problem solving skills. Work week is 5 days, NO weekends unless its an emergency! Top candidates will be paid Salary up to 70K with medical, dental and vision insurance after probation period. Less experienced candidates will be hourly DOE. 40 hours Paid vacation the first year and 80 after 2 years. Requirements are, Must pass a drug Test, Must provide detailed references that will be verified and checked, Must have some tools, NO cell phones allowed while on the clock.
