Join Penny's Restoration as our Founding Water Mitigation Technician and help build something extraordinary from the ground up. As Employee #1, you'll be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goal of reaching $1M in revenue in year one, scaling to $3-5M by year two. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Focus on water mitigation initially, with future expansion into fire, mold, and biohazard services
Handle on-call and emergency response especially during our crucial first few months
Be the face of Penny's and set the standard for professionalism in the Austin market
Use Encircle software to document jobs and coordinate with remote estimators
Build referral networks with plumbers, HVAC techs, and property managers
Operate and maintain new drying equipment in a branded service van
Manage 12+ water mitigation jobs every month with full ownership
Convert leads to customers through exceptional sales skills
Partner with ownership to build and scale operations

WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time W-2 employment with guaranteed 40 hours per week

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Eagerness to take every on-call rotation, especially as primary responder in first months
Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification
Proven experience in water mitigation with ability to handle jobs independently
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build something from scratch
Comfort with technology and software systems
Ability to pass drug and background checks
Strong sales and customer service skills
High agency and self-starter mentality
Exceptional work ethic and reliability
Clean driving record
