The Handy Hippie is a growing Austin home services company focused on craftsmanship, reliability, and great communication. We handle repairs, make-readies, light remodeling, and property maintenance. We are looking for a dependable full-time handyman to join our team.

What You Will Do
General home repairs and improvements (drywall, painting, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, etc.)
Complete 2–3 jobs per day around the Austin area
Coordinate with the office through our scheduling app
Keep materials, tools, and job sites organized
Assist with or lead small projects when needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience in home repair, remodeling, or similar trades
Reliable truck for transportation
Basic hand and power tools
Professional and respectful with customers
Solid problem-solving ability and pride in workmanship
Able to pass a background check

Schedule & Pay
Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Full-time salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year depending on experience
Overtime available
Paid time off after 90 days
Paid holidays after probation period
