Details:
Entry-level position with paid, hands-on training
Must be available during weekdays + some evenings/weekends
Flexible hours (10 hrs/week guaranteed; some weeks may be 30–40 hrs)
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and doing mechanical work
Truck is a big plus (for transporting tools/materials as needed)
Clean appearance and good communication skills are important
May transition into a full-time role with experience and reliability
