business and overall success. So much so that we have expanded to the Austin region! This is an
exciting opportunity to join the Austin EQ team and help establish a Winning Team!
Key Responsibilities
Advance knowledge of heavy
equipment-Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Diesel
Systems
Travel to customer jobsites for repair/maintenance
Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs in the shop or field including pumps,
hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC and electrical issues
Order parts/return parts
Open and transparent line of communication with Regional Equipment Manager
Equipment to include but not limited to: small engines (pressure washers, generators,
etc.) trucks, backhoes, manlifts, rough terrain and warehouse forklifts, light towers, utility
vehicles, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication skills needed for daily reporting
3-year min. of shop/field heavy equipment repair
Ability to self-manage and work with limited to no supervision and a certain degree of
independent judgement.
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
