We are a rapidly growing company in Austin, Texas, is seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team. We specialize in high-end outdoor living spaces, including patio covers, sunrooms, outdoor kitchens, hardscapes, landscaping, and pool remodeling. We are hiring for the following full-time positions:
1. Carpenter
Build complete patio covers and sunrooms
Experience with framing, roofing, and finish carpentry
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
2. Stone Mason
Build retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and install hardscapes
Experience with stone, brick, and paver installations
Ability to work with various masonry materials and techniques
3. Landscaper
Install irrigation systems, turf, and stamped concrete
Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscape design
Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape integration
4. Pool Tile & Coping Specialist
Install pool tile, coping, and related finishes
Experience in pool renovation and construction preferred
5. Pool Plastering Specialist
Experience in applying pool plaster and surface finishes
Knowledge of plaster mixtures, application techniques, and refinishing
6. General Laborers (2 Positions Available)
Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks
Load and unload materials, prep job sites, and maintain a clean workspace
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred but not mandatory)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or English-speaking candidates welcome
Valid driver’s license and legally able to work in the U.S.
Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
