Job description:
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to our Maintenance Team. Qualified candidates will possess a great attitude combined with a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive knowledge of all general maintenance tasks
- Must be able to perform work order request in a timely and efficient manner
- Be a team player
- Have plumbing knowledge, capable of diagnosing and repair, augering and replumbing residential
- Have HVAC knowledge and experience in repairs and replacement of systems
- Have Electrical knowledge and be able to trouble shoot, trace electrical shorts, rewire, and install electrical components
- Must have truck/van to carry tools and supplies
- Must be available for on-call after hours and weekends
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification
- Have own tools, including HVAC/Plumbing/Hand tools
- Transportation large enough to carry tools and equipment (truck/van required)
- Must have professional standards and great customer service values.
- Current Drivers License
A company vehicle may be provided after a 30-day probationary period and subject to a clean driving record. A monthly fuel allowance or fuel card will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Grade: $23 - 28 hourly
Compensation based on experience
