We’re looking for a Home Installation Associate to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll bring Landing homes to life—installing furniture, mounting TVs, hanging artwork, painting accent walls, and more. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team delivering a best-in-class experience to our members in Austin and across the U.S.

- Installing furniture
- Mounting TVs

What you need:
- 2+ years in moving, installations, or handyman work preferred
- Experience with power tools, furniture assembly, TV mounting, basic painting, and light repairs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and team-first attitude
- Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs safely and frequently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
