Vences Contracting Group, a growing HVAC contractor based in Austin, TX, is seeking motivated Commercial HVAC Apprentices to join our team. We specialize in commercial projects and are looking for individuals who want to build their skills and grow with us.

Responsibilities:
Assist HVAC technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
Work on a variety of equipment, including VRF, RTUs, DOAS, mini-splits, and exhaust systems
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
Requirements:
1+ years of HVAC experience (apprentice-level welcome)
EPA Certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work safely on commercial job sites
Bilingual a plus
