Morgan Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and codes
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Shop / Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Duties
- Vehicle Maintenance / Cleaning Upkeep
Skills:
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures
- Experience as a van driver for transportation of equipment and materials
- Proficient in refrigeration principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of plumbing principles for connecting HVAC systems
- Experience with air conditioning systems installation and maintenance
- Basic welding skills for fabrication work
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Skilled in using tools and equipment necessary for installation and repair work
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comprehension of English Language
