Are you working for a company that does not respect you? When was the last time you had a raise? Have you been there a year and they give you some "Mickey Mouse" raise like one or two dollars
I think great highly qualified people in this industry should start between $30.00 and $40.00 an hour and should be able to make $50.00 an hour within 1 year
