Listen to this: I have actually had owners of other repair service companies right here in San Antonio call me into their offices to explain to me why they hate my guts. They usually say more than one thing but the big deal that they hate the most is the fact that I pay my techs "way to much money!" THEY HATE THAT!

So what do you think their deal is? Why don't they want to pay their people $50.00 an hour If I can do it, can't they?

In your life, have you ever had a situation where you started working for a new company and they made you tons and tons of promises and then you find after 6 or 12 months they never give you even one of the things they promised? It's happened to me when I was an employee. So maybe a lot of employers are liars

For all my life in all my work experience I have always wanted to be the best at what it is that I do. I think it is maybe a PRIDE thing but for sure; it's also a money thing. No matter where I work, I have always wanted to be the highest paid employee. Shoot me: but I like money and the more the better.

So here at Restaurant Repair Company I am going to tell you that if you work for us then you can be probably the highest paid service tech in all of Texas. We expect to make at least $100,000.00 per year.

ARE YOU MAKING $50.00 PER HOUR RIGHT NOW WITH YOUR PRESENT EMPLOYER?

So, here is what we do. You and I talk and we decide if we want to work together and if we both think we will benefit. We make an agreement on how much you are going to be paid. What ever we decide to pay, you will never start at less than what you are making right now.

So let's say that we decide to start you at $35.00 per hour.

We start you at $35.00 and we put you on a plan so that at the end of 12 months you will be making $50.00 per hour. And that happens like this. The difference between 35 and 50 is 15 dollars per hour so what we do is to give you a raise every single month for $1.25 per hour. That means at the end of 12 months you will be at 50.

But understand this. We do not tech people how to fix restaurant equipment. You have to know this already. What we do teach is how to make money. If you are capable of listening and learning and becoming better then the situation between you and I becomes a "Win Win"

So here is the bottom line.; We need to hire great amazing technicians at all times. If you want the best job in Texas with the highest pay and all the overtime you want, then you should definitely come and talk to me right now.

If we are just talking then actually you have nothing to lose. But actually, a better way to say this is that if you come to speak to me then the only thing that can happen is that YOU WILL WIN.

BECAUSE at that time, only two things will happen. One, you will come to work for us and make more money or TWO, maybe you will decide that a position with us is not good for you at this time but you can take my offer back to your current employer and blackmail him into a raise.

But all things considered, wouldn't it be too bad to be working for someone where the only way you would ever get a raise is by threatening him that you are going to quit

That would be a Bee-atch!
