Residential Remodeling company is currently seeking job-site foreman. We are growing and looking to add to our team!
What we are looking for:
-Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction and/or remodeling.
-Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within the construction industry.
-Technologically inclined. You don't need to be a computer programmer but we use project management software, excel, email, etc. Will train on our software but you need to have a working knowledge of computer and cell phone basics.
-Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
-Experience driving with trailers.
-Experience managing sub contractors.
-The ability to read plans and technical drawings and build what is drawn accurately and efficiently.
-Professional Demeanor- In this roll you will be in daily communication with vendors, sub contractors, clients, designers, and architects. You must be able to conduct yourself in a professional way and be comfortable with setting the example for integrity, respect, safety, and work ethic.
-This a working supervisory position. First line management. This means you will run the job AND be expected to do labor as well. The owners and upper management frequently pick up trash, do demo, and clean. We will expect you to be willing to do so as well.
Pay is open for discussion. We offer consistent full time work and rarely ask for overtime or weekend work. We pay on time every week, offer paid holidays, and 2 weeks vacation. We are a growing company that has been around for more than 10 years.
