We’re building something new in Austin: a premium dog grooming salon with big ambitions. This is our flagship location, the first step in creating a national brand that combines a salon experience, a social media community, and an industry-leading education platform.
We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious groomer who wants to be more than just “on the table.” This is your chance to help set the standard, lead future team members, and raise the bar for grooming across the U.S.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of professional grooming experience (styling, clipping, bathing, coat care)
- Loves working with dogs and approaches each one with patience and respect
- Wants to take ownership, not just follow instructions
- Is excited to be part of a movement to make grooming more modern, ethical, and aspirational
