We do a lot of work "in-house" so you will get to have direct contact with workers in the many trades of remodeling. This includes total supervision, when ready. It will often include doing the many "pick-up-items" of details that need to be done on remodel projects. See the third photo, it was a restoration of this home's exterior. Replacing the roof would not have been adequate, a lot of work had to be completed to provide a truly water-tight installation of this stone-coated metal shake roof.
You must be or become inquisitive. You must be or become a continuous student of this business of Residential Restoration and Remodel.
Take charge of remodel projects. Be the lead on remodel projects and earn your own way, making a good living, and learning to become a "Design-Builder" yourself.
The work you will be asked to do is unlimited, from the most basic construction related efforts to the most highly imaginable design involvement and supervision of work, it's the full range of things to do withing the residential design/build business, as it should be.
You must have extensive experience in construction, have tools, equipment, and a good truck to work with.
