Candidates must have 3 years of progressive experience in the HVAC Industry, must be able to work in a team environment, and to perform various duties including troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of air conditioning and heating equipment.
Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications:
EPA certification
We will help you become NATE certified, if you are not
Valid Texas driver's license and an insurable driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Familiar with residential systems, airflow and indoor air quality issues
Dependable and self-motivated
Skill Requirements:
Familiar with Service Titan a plus
Comprehension of: advanced electrical, the refrigerant circuit, air side issues, pressure testing, microns, static pressure, sequence of operations, zoning, Carrier Communicating systems
Ability to work as a team and go beyond the call of duty to make things great for the customer
Price estimates and invoices while on the job
Collect payment for invoices via credit card, check, and cash
Maintain contact with office
Accurately fill out digital invoices, emails
Attention to detail on every job
Maintain company truck, inventory, appearance, oil changes to insure productivity
Ability to effectively communicate pricing and job details with customers and the office
Job Description:
NEVER on call after hours, rotating Saturday. Off Sundays
Maintain, service, install and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
Sell maintenance contracts and accessories to customers to ensure product longevity
Perform preventative maintenance to increase the reliability of the HVAC system
Troubleshoot issues with current systems and offer solutions to the customer
Use testing equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, electrical meters
Test, repair and replace defective equipment, electrical circuits, components and wiring
Maintain an organized vehicle inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company
Maintain required certifications
Comply with all applicable company standards, policies and procedures including safety procedures.
