Hybrid Role: " Shop Warehouse Lead and Field deliver plus Install Technician "
This is a FULL TIME ( full Benefits ) long term opportunity with great opportunity to grow and expand for the right person. A previous history in construction or construction assembly, plumbing warehouse or installation, water irrigation, landscaping, or general construction Handy Man knowledge, warehouse tech and parts inventory control or any combination of these skills is beneficial)
For this role we need someone who is at least 25 yrs old ( due to insurance requirements ) and has a valid DL and good driving record. This person needs to live in or near Liberty Hill ( ideal within a 30 min drive to warhouse/shop)
This Hybrid role is a unique BLEND of ( 2 of our positions) , we seek a FULL TIME crew member for our LIBERTY HILL location . You will spend some time in our SHOP and some time in the field out on jobsites with our installation team.
We build large custom Rain Water Collection Systems, here is a list of some of the duties you will engage in:
1. Receive all shipments that can no longer be sent to OCR + shipments/customer pickups for UV + Pumps - so you will be driving one of our compnay trucks this requires ( Valid DL and Good Driver Record)
2. Build UV filtration racks per job and for spec kits ( you would be assembling and building some of our water filtrations pump systems, we will train you )
3. Build Pumps per job and for spec kits ( abilility to read instructions, operate with basic hand tools, assembly, mechanically inclined, organized)
4. Build Kits (risers, tank connection kits, level gauges, etc)
5. Pull and pack for all jobs deploying out of PHL inventory, following materials takeoff provided by Field Supervisor
6. Maintain inventory on all stocks (w/ Manager help) / ability to organize a warehouse, maintain parts inventory and know when ordering is needed, again organized, self suffiecient and reliable
7. Deliver packed trailers and deploy finished UV + pumps to OCR/Jobsites GOOD DRIVING RECORD – VALID NON EXPIRED LICENSE
8. Backup for tank pickups from San Marcos warehouse and deliver tanks to jobsites (so delivering materials from SAN MARCOS and delivery to project sites), so some days you might drive more than your in the shop
9. Yard + shop cleaning, and general organization
10. Constant/daily communication with OPS MANAGER ( in Oak Hill) and Liberty Hill Branch Manager
11. Computer skills ( dat entry ) emails or placing parts orders via email and office computer.
So this is kind of looking for a handy man - construction person who is sharp- focused- organized and can also get on a computer when needed !
Other: 4 day work week, we work MON - THUR 10 hr days ( off on Friday) some Friday or Sat - overtime is needed on occassion. We offer FULL Benefits, great work environment and opportunity to GROW with us.
