We are seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team in Hutto, Texas. This role involves maintaining an organized, neat, and safe work bay, mentoring and teaching other auto technicians, delegating duties, and collaborating with service writers to ensure the smooth operation of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay.
- Diagnose, solve problems, and repair automotive mechanical issues.
- Mentor and teach other automotive technicians.
- Delegate duties and coordinate with service writers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex automotive issues.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of strong experience in automotive mechanical diagnosing, problem-solving, and repair.
- Minimum of 3 ASE certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- High level of motivation, energy, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
- Great attitude and team player.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No weekends.
