What You'll Be Doing:
Install and retrofit commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, VAVs, split systems, etc.)
Work from mechanical drawings and blueprints
Ensure high-quality workmanship and jobsite safety
Work independently or as part of a crew
What You Bring:
2+ years of commercial HVAC install experience (required)
EPA Certification (required)
OSHA 10 (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A solid work ethic and pride in your craft
Pay & Perks:
$22–$40/hr (based on experience & certs)
