In the tradition of some of the world's best brands, we believe customer satisfaction is the ULTIMATE GOAL and we get there by offering an incredible experience, start-to-finish. This starts with our Free in-home Consultation and ends with you, THE INSTALLER As a member of our Installation Team you will receive full training enabling you to professionally install our handmade shutters. Job Description:
Install custom made window coverings / Interior Shutters
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb up and down ladder
Capable of making on-site modifications or a willingness to learn from senior staff members. YOUR CREATIVE THINKING CAP IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION
Work cooperatively with co-workers and other departments, sharing information and effectively communicating both field findings and customer satisfaction levels
Act as the liaison between the customer and the sales associate to communicate any issues which may arise during installation of product.

What We Need From You
Driver’s license and clean background: A valid driver license and clean background is REQUIRED for this position. Travel from the factory to each customer’s home, using the company-provided vehicle, is required daily. You will begin and end your day at our Manor, Texas Manufacturing facility.
Professionalism: We ask that you treat each and every customer with the greatest care and professionalism. We cater to high-end consumers, offering a premium product - and it's very important the customer's interaction with us is at the utmost satisfaction level.
Ability to lift 50 pounds: Window covering installation requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Ability to climb a ladder: Window covering installation sometimes requires the necessity to climb up and down a ladder. Occasionally, you will need to install shutters into high up openings.

No experience, no problem: Prior construction, woodworking or window covering installation is preferred, but not required. Our proven training program and ongoing support will teach you everything you need to know to be a confident and successful member of our Interior Shutter Installation Team.
