Responsibilities:
-Cleaning and Maintenance: including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing pool walls and floors, and cleaning filters to maintain the water.
-Chemical Balance: Test water chemistry to ensure proper levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other chemicals, adjusting these levels as needed to maintain safe and balanced water conditions.
-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, chemical levels, repairs, and customer interactions.
-The role requires physical fitness, as it involves manual labor, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of pool maintenance, chemistry, and repair techniques is essential, often requiring specialized training or certification.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool cleaning and maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of pool chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
