Initial position we are looking to fill is our Pool Service Technician. This position has fast growth potential and may eventually lead to a Pool Service Crew Supervisor position.
Compensation is based on relevant experience and has commission-based growth potential immediately.
Eligible candidates must have:
- Related work history (experience cleaning and servicing pools)
- Valid Texas drivers license
- Clean criminal history
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable phone
- Ability and drive required to perform various daily service tasks required
Opportunity to develop position into a manager/crew leader position and sales position who is eventually in charge of supervising other workers and developing new sales leads.
