Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial plumbing projects. You will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards our clients expect and fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all phases of commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality of work.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial plumbing industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Bilingual is a plus.
