About the Role
We’re hiring 3-5 Installation Technicians for our traveling crew. Work starts and ends at our shops in Oak Hill (Southwest Austin) or Leander, but job sites can be up to 5 hours away. Transportation to sites is provided, and overnight stays are covered (hotels + per diem).
Responsibilities:
Assemble and install bolted metal water tanks
Trench and install PVC/plumbing conveyance lines
Perform earthwork and site restoration
Minor electrical tasks (installing conduit, pulling wire, installing pumps)
Work safely in outdoor environments and all weather conditions
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (Overtime as needed)
Optional weekend work available
Paid weekly (direct deposit) + overtime after 40 hours
What We Offer

What You Need
✅ Reliable transportation to our Oak Hill (78736) or Liberty Hill (78642) shops
✅ Physically capable (lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather)
✅ Basic hand tool skills (construction, plumbing, trenching, excavation experience a plus)
✅ Bilingual encouraged (English required)
