$50,000.00-$78,000.00/year
Commission and performance-based bonus
A sign-on bonus of $2,000.00 after 1 year of employment

Responsibilities
Travel in the greater Austin area and perform diagnostic and repairs on major appliances including Refrigerators, Ovens, dishwashers, ice makers, washers, and dryers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with major appliances to identify the root causes of malfunctions.
Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise to efficiently and accurately repair appliances.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of appliance technologies and advancements.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns.
Order and replace faulty parts, ensuring the use of genuine and compatible components.
Complete service reports, documenting diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts replaced.
Provide recommendations to customers on appliance maintenance and optimal usage to prevent future issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing repairs.
Keep service vehicles stocked and organized with necessary tools and replacement parts.
Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service, striving for customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Job requirements
Possession of a valid driver's license with no restrictions
Possession of EPA Type 1 certification is preferred for handling refrigerants
MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR full-time experience in appliance repair
Performance-based pay for motivated individuals
Looking for dependable employees who are willing to work a full schedule
Must be authorized to work in the US.
