Howdy all,
I'm looking to hire aResidential Construction Superintendent!
we’re not here to build cookie-cutter homes or follow outdated industry norms. We’re here to set a new standard—one that blends craftsmanship, efficiency, and innovation. As a Residential Construction Superintendent, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll run the entire show.
This isn’t a desk job. It’s boots on the ground, real-time problem-solving, decision-making, and making things happen. You’ll lead teams, hold team members accountable, and make sure every detail is dialed in—on time and on budget. No excuses. No half-measures.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives on building efficient systems, keeping job sites running like a well-oiled machine, and ensuring every project is executed with precision—we want you on our team.
Who You Are:
A highly organized and proactive problem-solver
3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction
A natural leader who can motivate teams and hold subcontractors accountable
Someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
A strong communicator who keeps everyone aligned, from field teams to clients
Tech-savvy and adaptable to construction management software, iPhones, and digital workflows
What You’ll Do:
Oversee & Lead: Take charge of all on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth execution and quality control.
Manage & Coordinate: Build and maintain efficient schedules, direct subcontractors & vendors, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure Excellence: Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and maintain the highest building standards.
Problem-Solve in Real Time: Identify challenges before they become problems and proactively find solutions.
Stay Organized & Documented: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and compliance records.
Why us?
We believe that how we build is just as important as what we build. Our company culture is shaped by these core values:
Personal growth empowers collective change. We believe that when you grow, the team grows. Our culture is built on continuous learning and striving to be better—both as individuals and as a team. This isn’t an easy paycheck job where you can hide in the background. Nothing wrong with those jobs—but this isn’t one of them. Here, a willingness to learn isn’t optional; it’s our foundation.
Innovation thrives on innate curiosity. Homebuilding is outdated and full of inefficiencies—we’re here to change that. We encourage you to challenge conventional methods, explore new ideas, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. If you’re someone who looks at a process and thinks, this makes no sense—there’s got to be a better way, you’ll fit right in.
Honor commitments and embrace resilience. We do what we say we will—no excuses. In homebuilding, challenges are inevitable, but how we respond defines us. We lean into discomfort because that’s where the growth is. If you thrive in problem-solving, take ownership, and see obstacles as opportunities rather than roadblocks, this is the place for you.
Authenticity speaks louder than imitation. We believe the best work happens when people show up as they truly are. No pretending, no facades—just real, honest collaboration. None of that corporate office BS. If you value transparency, integrity, and doing things the right way, not the easy way, we want to work with you. We’re not just looking for a superintendent—we’re looking for the right fit. If these values resonate with you, we want to hear from you.
