Description
We are looking for experienced field mechanics to join our mobile repair team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in RV, camper, and trailer service, repair and maintenance, as well as a thorough understanding of the latest tools and technologies, full motor vehicle insurance, sufficient own tools to match qualifications, and a dependable / professional vehicle (truck or van required) for use in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing RV's, performing routine maintenance, professional workmanship on all repairs, and providing exceptional customer onsite service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Our mobile repair team is well compensated with flat hourly pay for each completed service with mileage reimbursement and bonuses to qualifying team members. Online scheduling, shop management system with mobile DVI and RO access, and 24/7 management and dispatch support.

Full-time positions available after a trial period is cleared. Drive time pay provided for distance qualifying repair orders and during high gas prices to aide in expenses. Diesel and gas generator and diesel vehicle engine experience is not demanded but is preferred as it will yield the applicant more service opportunities with our company.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on RV's, motorcoach, campers, 5th wheel, dump trailers, trailers, and generators.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire repairs, A/C repair, suspension, and brake repairs.
Inspect vehicles for safety issues.
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper performance.
Perform repairs needed ranging from simple repairs to entire engine or transmission repair.
Use SMS mobile system for DVI's and to help management quote jobs onsite.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles and submit to management weekly.
Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates and completion times.
Interact with customers.
Provide active reports to management during company hours.
Clock in and out of the SMS during working hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour, Plus Mileage, & Bonus Opportunity
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
