Position Details
Full Time
Monday - Friday
7 am to 3:30 pm
Shop located in Dripping Springs
Job-sites throughout Central/West Austin

Requirements
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must have a cell phone with texting capabilities, and reliable transportation
Able to lift over 50 lbs regularly, and stand/walk for minimum of 8 hours a day
Excellent communication, and time management skills
Truck and full tool package a plus
Available positions include:
Panel Saw Operator:
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- High level of care and accountability
- Experience with vertical panel saw preferred. We are willing to train if you are hungry to learn!
- Pay starting at $20-25+ per hour, D.O.E
Cabinet Finish Apprentice:
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Detail oriented, and takes instruction well
- High level of care and accountability
- Absolutely no experience needed. We are willing to train if you are hungry to learn!
- Pay starting at $17+ per hour, D.O.E.
Cabinet Finish Lead/Spray Booth Operator:
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- High level of care and accountability
- Experience required, see requirements below:
- Use of airless air assisted spray gun to apply conversion varnish, catalyzed lacquer, and high gloss urethanes to cabinet parts.
- Custom finishes including hand applied stains, Rubio Monocoat, bleaching/aging compounds, etc.
- Preparation of cabinet parts for finishes for stained and painted surfaces.
- Organization of materials, supplies, and cabinet parts at various stages of finishing process.
- Logging intake and disposal of finish materials.
- Assisting and participating in cabinet production, deliveries, site finishes/touch-ups as needed. (Minimal travel required)
- Knowledge of cabinet construction a plus!
- Pay starting at $22 - $30+ per hour, D.O.E.
