Position Overview: This is an entry level position. Assist customers both internal and external with various requests for security system programmingsupport. The following are tasks that the position is responsible for, but not limited to:Data entryIP addressing of cameras, intrusion, and access control devicesSecurity/Intrusion system programming of cameras, intrusion, and access control devices within the various platforms. (Genetec, Honeywell, Software House, DMP, Bosch, etc)Assisting Project Technicians with Tier 1 Support for the following items:Access Control Configuration/TroubleshootingVideo Camera Configuration/TroubleshootingRequired Skills and Qualifications:Microsoft Office Products i.e ExcelEffectively communicates with employees and managementEffectively communicates in oral and written formatsSolves problems accurately and efficientlyShows initiativeCoordinates workloads wellContinuously develops technical and professional skillsPreferred Experience:Light programming - not required, will train.
